Celerity Rebel Wilson called 2020 her "year of health" and spent the time losing weight and getting healthy - reaching her "goal weight ". Wilson said it meant not only physically but mentally as well change her whole entire lifestyle. Body image needs awareness as people are being judged on and for there body image. For example, a nurse is over weight, works overnight shifts, and long hours, her job causes her stress which has effects that can cause her weight gain, she is too tried to exercise. At times she doesn't have or get enough time to prep, create, and organize healthy low calorie meals, but the main thing about this nurse that matters the most is that she is happy with her body image. Her happiness is not effected by her body image nor is her work as a nurse.
